Using Fitmo

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fitmo app and its related services.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Acceptance and Apple relationship

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fitmo (the “Licensed Application”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fitmo.

These Terms are between you and HuuminStudio (the “Developer”), not Apple Inc. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for Fitmo and its content. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required usage rules, Apple's applicable terms control.

2. License and eligibility

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fitmo on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Fitmo except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Fitmo is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If you cannot legally consent in your country or region, you may use Fitmo only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and social features

Workout tracking can be used without a Fitmo social account. Social features use Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple Account and device, keeping your account secure, providing accurate information when requested, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Fitmo may offer profiles, friend codes, friend requests, shared activity, reactions, blocking, and other social features. Choose connections carefully. Other users may save or share information they can see, and Fitmo cannot undo screenshots or information shared outside the app.

4. Workout and health disclaimer

Fitmo is a fitness tracking and social motivation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition advice, or individualized exercise supervision.

Use Fitmo safely and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are under medical supervision. You remain responsible for your health and exercise decisions.

5. User content and conduct

You retain ownership of content and information you submit to Fitmo. You grant the Developer a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, operate, maintain, improve, and secure Fitmo.

You must not use Fitmo to harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, impersonate, spam, exploit, or harm another person; share content you do not have the right to use; encourage dangerous exercise, self-harm, or disordered behavior; publish sexually explicit or unlawful content; scrape or expose another user's information; misuse reports, requests, invites, reactions, or notifications; or interfere with the app, accounts, servers, or security.

We may remove content, restrict social features, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.

6. Fitmo Pro purchases

Fitmo offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase. Prices and available offers are shown in the app and App Store before purchase.

  • Payment: Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Management: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Fitmo does not cancel a subscription.
  • Restoration: Use Restore Purchases in Fitmo while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  • Refunds: Apple handles billing and refund requests under Apple's policies. The Developer does not receive your full payment-card information.
  • Lifetime Pro: A Lifetime Pro purchase is a one-time purchase providing the Pro features included in that tier, subject to continued availability of Fitmo. We may later offer materially different add-ons, higher tiers, or services with substantial ongoing third-party costs that are sold separately.

7. Free and Pro limits

Free and Pro accounts may have different limits, including friend counts, active squads, recurring squad creation, and premium report designs. Current limits and included Pro benefits are displayed in the app before purchase. Limits may change as Fitmo evolves, but a change does not convert a one-time purchase into a subscription.

If a subscription expires, Pro-only creation or management actions may be restricted. Existing social relationships and user data are not sold or made public merely because Pro expires. Squad screens explain cycle duration, recurrence, expiration, and ownership-transfer requirements.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Your use of Fitmo is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Fitmo relies on services from Apple, Supabase, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

9. Availability, changes, and termination

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features for technical, legal, business, security, or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, abuse others, or interfere with Fitmo. Where practical, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature or the service will remain available forever.

10. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fitmo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or damages arising from exercise decisions or interactions with other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Fitmo. Where Apple's standard EULA grants you rights concerning a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, those rights remain available.

11. Intellectual property and claims

Fitmo, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, text, and other Developer-provided content, is owned by the Developer or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product, legal-compliance, and intellectual-property claims relating to Fitmo, subject to applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions against you.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Fitmo evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using Fitmo.

Questions, complaints, claims, safety reports, and support requests can be sent to LeanLine@163.com. Fitmo is operated by HuuminStudio.
