Fitmo Support

Purchases and Fitmo Pro

Purchases are billed by Apple to the Apple Account shown in the App Store. To recover an existing purchase, open the Pro screen in Fitmo and choose Restore Purchases. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed in iOS under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

If a purchase succeeded but Pro is still locked, make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account, restore purchases, and briefly reopen the app with an internet connection.

Account and friends

Workout tracking does not require an account. Social features use Sign in with Apple. Friend requests are private, and you can remove or block another user from the social account controls. Your friend code is the safest way to help someone find the right account.

Notifications

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Fitmo if alerts are missing. Fitmo can only deliver push alerts after notification permission is enabled and the device has connected to the service.

Apple Watch

Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch nearby during initial setup, confirm the Fitmo watch app is installed in the Watch app, and allow a moment for routine and workout state to sync. Restarting both apps usually resolves a delayed first connection.

Report a concern

To report a user, open their profile menu and choose Report User. For a shared workout, open its menu and choose Report Workout. You can select a reason and add details; reports are private. For a squad concern or additional help, email LeanLine@163.com with the relevant friend code or squad name and a brief explanation. Block the person in Fitmo if you do not want further contact. We review reports and may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate our terms.

Email LeanLine@163.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Fitmo app version, and a short description of what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or Sign in with Apple credentials.
